When generating the Payroll Report for PTO, “Reason” is not an included field. However, it is possible to track this information on an employee-by-employee basis.
When you search for a specific employee on your dashboard, you will be taken to the management page for that specific employee. After the “Upcoming Time Off” section is the “Time Off Taken” section. Here you can find the details (including the Reason) for each instance in the current policy year. When the first year tracked in PoplarWorks has completed, you will be able to select previous policy years to view.
