From your Home page, click “Resources.”
Click “All Documents” in the left hand menu.
This will display all the documents available, sorted by type.
Enrolled Plan Documents are the documents associated with any policies you are enrolled in. (Alice isn't enrolled in any benefits, so there are no documents listed here for her.)
HR Documents are typically general documents specific to your employer. (The Employee Handbook and Portal Guide are available here 24/7, to be referenced whenever needed.)
Plan Documents are the documents associated with any policies you are eligible for, whether you are enrolled in those plans or not. (Even though Alice isn't enrolled in any plans, the Plan Summaries and Guides for all the plans available to her are listed here.)
