The Report Wizard accesses the standard reports in Employer on the Go.
The reports are driven off a date range and can be produced in various sorts and groups depending on the report produced.
Report Types - Report type drives the report selection available.
General Ledger - Produces general ledger reports.
Human Resources - Produces HR reports.
Management - Produces User change reports; records employee level updates.
Payroll - Produces payroll detailed reports, labor distribution, tax summary, accrual benefit reports, and other reports that have pay information associated with the report.
Timekeeping - Produces time and attendance reports for clients using the Employer on the Go time clock and Online time clock.
Report Category - Category options change based on report type selected. Check the box for the category you want.
The next 3 screens allow the user to select all, or select specific divisions, locations, or departments.
When you are at the "Select Employee(s)" screen you can print a single employee, select specific employees, or print all employees.
"Select Date Range" is the default selection allowing you to enter the date range for the desired report. "By Month", "By Quarter", and "By Year" is selected to default the range for the period specified.
Selecting the report will display it on the screen to view before printing. You can change to Adobe .PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel. Options when viewing reports through the Report Viewer include: save, print or email the report. You can zoom in and out as well as navigate to different pages.
