If you have PoplarWorks, please add employees in that portal.


From your EmployerOnTheGo Administrator Dashboard:

 

 

1. Go to Employees > Employees and Contractors

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Click on Add icon in lower right hand corner and a new Employee record will be created.

 

  The system will fill in the Employee ID with the next sequential numeral.  All fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

 

   Review each tab in the Employee record (field by field explanation in help files under Employees & Contractors).

 

   Click on Save icon in lower right hand corner to save your employee record.          

 

 

 

 

 

 

  3.  Add all of the necessary information for the employee on the General, Contact, Pay Info, Variable Pay/History, Deductions/Accruals, Direct Deposit, and Withholding tabs. Required information is identified by a red asterisk (*). Entering certain employee data requires a subgrid (variable pay, deductions, accruals, and direct deposit information) that needs to be saved before clicking the Save icon at the bottom of the screen.  There is a checkmark and an X to the left of the record being added.  Click the checkmark to save the subgrid or click the X to cancel the entry.  If you click Save at the bottom of the screen before saving the subgrid, you will get a reminder prompt.

 

 

 

 

 

 4.  When adding a ReadyFund$ card to the deductions tab, the following conditions exist: ReadyFund$ cards require a 13-digit card number.  Employees can only have one active ReadyFund$ account at a time.  ReadyFund$ cards cannot be reissued to other employees.  The employee’s date of birth is required (on the General Tab) before adding a ReadyFund$ card.
